Ways to Give

Your gift will help protect our precious waterways, farms, fields and forests for generations to come!

Hunterdon County is the healthiest county in New Jersey, thanks in no small part to our access to clean water, protected woodlands, and thriving ecosystems. Hunterdon Land Trust is dedicated to ensuring these vital spaces are protected for future generations. By being a Hunterdon Land Trust supporter, you play a vital role in protecting the drinking water, healthy ecosystems, beautiful landscapes and family farms in the Hunterdon County region.

By Check:

Mail a check to: Hunterdon Land Trust, 111 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ 08822

Through Stocks:

Making a gift of securities is simple and lets you take advantage of not one but two types of tax savings. With a gift of appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual funds, the total value of the asset upon transfer is tax deductible, and there is no obligation to pay capital gains taxes on the appreciation.

Planned Giving:

Those who came before us treasured Hunterdon County’s beauty, handing a legacy down to the next generation. Now, it’s our turn. You can honor that tradition by setting up a bequest through your will or living trust. Designating Hunterdon Land Trust as a beneficiary of your bank, investment, or retirement accounts is a powerful way to ensure land, water and wildlife are protected in perpetuity.
