Fall Fest at Zega-Lockatong Preserve: join for one (or both!) of our back-to-back fall programs! This walk will focus on the foliage: why trees change color, why there are so many different colors, and why it happens here in the northeastern US. We’ll also do some tree identification and learn about the natural history in an old-growth forest dominated by beech, sugar maple, oak, and hickory.
