Farmers’ Market Yoga

 

You won’t be able to find a better, more healthful way to get your weekend off to an amazing start than by joining us for Morning Yoga at our Farmers’ Market every Sunday beginning  June 6 at 9 a.m.

Instructor Lauren Theis returns with a refreshing and relaxing yoga flow that’s suitable for all levels and is very friendly to beginners.

Yoga will be held outside on the Dvoor Farm unless the weather is lousy in which case it will be moved into our wagon house. Students are asked to wear masks when they arrive, which can be removed when class begins. Social distancing will be practiced.

Suggested donation is $15.
