Farmers’ Market Yoga
Get your week off to a great start with our Sunday morning Farmers’ Market yoga!
Join certified instructor Lauren Theis at 9 a.m. for a series of moderately paced yoga sessions in our tranquil wagon house.
Incorporating meditation, breathing techniques and some gently refreshing yoga flows, this class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. You’ll explore fundamental yoga postures, alignment and chakra balancing. Students should bring their own mat.
No registration is required. Cost per session is $15; please bring a yoga mat.
